Today is Independence Day — the birthday of the United States of America! It is also Dr. Kevin’s birthday!
This will be a busy week in the sky. Venus starts things off today by moving from Gemini into Cancer, which will make us feel more emotional when it comes to food and home. This energy will feel nurturing, protective, kind and affectionate, but we will need to be careful about overspending and overeating. Dr. Kevin gives us some tips on how to avoid gaining weight during this time when we might feel the need to nurture ourselves with extra food.
Venus will trine Neptune, leading us to daydream and helping us come up with creative ideas, and feel unselfish spiritual love. Mercury will also trine Uranus, helping us to connect with our intuition. This will be a good time for metaphysical study, or to think about problems we were not able to solve in the past, as ideas will seem to come out of nowhere.
