This week, we celebrate the longest day of the year and the beginning of Summer!
On June 20, the fiery planet Mars enters the air sign, Gemini. This energy will encourage us to be more curious and talkative, but we will also feel more restless than usual and have a difficult time focusing and not jumping from one thing to another.
On Tuesday, the Sun enters Cancer, and we will start processing our thoughts through a more emotional filter. Cancer is all about “Love through nurturing,” and Cheney tells us about the traits of people born in sign of Cancer.
Later this week, Mars squares Neptune, and we may suddenly start to feel doubtful, discouraged or inadequate on account of past actions. During this time, it is important to avoid deceit or taking the easy way out, as well as situations that are likely to provoke confrontation.
We need to be careful with drug and alcohol use at this time, but it can be a good time for spiritual development and study.
